30 day shred

I'd like to start the 30 day shred, however I just found out I am about 5 1/2 weeks pregnant. Just wondering how intense this is, and if it'd be worth doing a little bit before I get too far along?
I know this is probably something I should ask my doctor, but I can't even get in to see my prenatal doctor until march 30th, and my family doctor(not like he's practiced in that area...) until April 4th...
My first pregnancy wasn't high risk ATALL, so I'm kind of doubting this one will be...

  • I would definately not do the 30 day shred while pregnant unless you talk to your doctor. Stick to brisknwalking or light aerobics. Nothing is worth risking your pregnancy and the 30 day shred is tough!

    Okie doke. I'll take your word for it :) I'll stick with my walking and mild exercises on wii fit!! :)
