nutritionist questions

My employer pays for access to a nutritionist over the phone, so I decided to sign up. Problem is, I don't feel our talks are productive, other than making the time to talk about what I eat in very general terms. Mostly the number of fruits and veggies I eat, if I get enough milk, always going back to not eating chips/cookies/candy. Which I don't. I don't feel like I'm using this resource correctly or responsibly. What questions should I be asking to make this a more useful bit of time? UGH!
