Hi -
My name is Alana, and while I know that I have never really been overweight, I have been unhappy with my body. Especially after graduating from college. I ran cross country and track in school and always had teammates and coaches pushing me to workout. But now that I'm out of school, working full-time I have very little motivation. But I think the time for a change has come. My older brother recently passed away and this loss has made me realize that I have got to stop wasting days on wishing. My family is going on a vacation to Las Vegas this summer and my goal is to get back down to my semi-happy weight of 120 by mid-June. But I don't want to stop there! I'd like to get down to 115 or even 110 if at all possible. This was my racing weight my freshman year of college and it was the happiest I ever remember being about my body. Starting out at 139.2, my highest weight ever, I am feeling a bit discouraged. So I need some help. Some motivation. Some workout suggestions. And help with lifting! I honestly have no idea what I'm doing in the weight room. All I really know how to do is run!

So, yeah. Help!
