Dates and when to eat them!

I mean the dry fruit! is anyone else crazy about the pitted dates? if so how often and when do you eat them?

Doesn't matter when you eat them or how often as long as you log it in your dairy and adhere to your goals.0

But would it be better to eat them before workout to get the fast sugars?0

It doesn't matter as far as physiologically speaking. There is so much nutrient digestion overlap, unless you're doing some serious endurance workout (long distance running for example) no need for pre workout carbs.0
