New Daily Sports Training & Calories. Help?

My rugby season starts Thursday with an hour and a half of fitness training, which continues 4 days a week every week. I'm talking intense training (running stairs, sprints, circuits, tackling drills, ect), with little rest.
I don't have a heart rate monitor yet, and the nature of the training makes it hard to log it as one type of exercise, not to mention I don't have time to keep track of how many minutes I spend doing each activity. The rugby exercise is actually playing a game I assume, which this is completely different.
Obviously I'm going to need to increase my calories (currently at 1350 a day which is working well for me), but I'm not sure by how much. Is anybody experienced in changing what and how much they eat for a sports season? This will be my first time. I want to keep losing at a steady pace (approximately 1.5-2lbs a week is what I'm at right now), but I don't want to under nourish myself.
Can someone please help me?
