You know who I am talking about... can be a family member, a friend, a coworker. That one person who has really never acknowledge you are doing a great job at what you are doing but all of the sudden starts doing it and seeks acknowledgment from everyone around them...

I got one... she crawls under my skin to the most - but then again I start thinking, it is all good at least I am giving her a good example on how things should be done...

    They started a Biggest Loser contest at the corporate office at my work, right after I started working out...like really? Then I couldn't participate.
