My name is Dani. I'm basically tired of hating myself, but realizing that I may not ever be stick thin again. Do now my focus is to be healthy and fit and to be able to beat my husband in a push up contest! (lol like he'd even agree to that..)

I, unfortunately, tend to give up after not seeing fast results so I'm hoping that this will be IT!

Looking forward to meeting goals with you all:)

    I know what you mean about being tired of hating yourself! I spent three years working on changing that negative mind set before beginning this weight loss journey...welcome aboard! You'll find a lot of support and great tips and advice here! :)

    sorry that was bull****. coudnt find a way to delete it. but stick to ur routine..you would find those scales dropping!:)

    Hi I'm exactly the same way! However it is true, the slower the better... just have to keep reminding ourselves :)
