Women with PCOS: How many calories do you eat?

I've been on MFP and working out for almost the past 2 months. Weight loss has been extremely hard with very little results. I'm currently 220, 5'7" and 29 years old. MFP has me at 1590 calories to lose 2lbs per week. I work out pretty much everyday, with 1 day off, usually burning 300-600 calories each session. I'm wondering how many calories your eating? How many carbs? Working out? Should I eat more? Less? My carbs are set at 155 and I'm thinking about lowering them between 100-125g to see if that kicks starts the loss. Also, I'm set at 1590 calories but with working out sometimes I have a hard time eating back the calories without going over my carb limit. This sometimes leaves me at a calorie net of 1000-1100. Any ideas on low carb snacks to eat during the day? I'm a snacker, need to eat every 2 hours. What are everyone else's experiences?
