X-Factor St Body Sculpting Challenge

There is an X-Factor ST body sculpting challenge that begins on March 1 and it is open to all. Go to Groups and sign up to be part of the 8 week challenge. If you do not have the workout DVD you can purchase it at Wal-Mart.
