Absolutely can't stand it plain, tastes like vomit to me. And I've never bought one with fruit, flavoring or honey because I don't see the point of choosing Greek yogurt for it's health benefits of being low carb, low sugar, and high protein, and then adding carbs and sugar. But I eat a container of it every single day. Here are my favorite ways:
(note, for all of the below, add one packet of your favorite sweetener)
Two tablespoons pure pumpkin and half teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
Two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa (extra tasty with a splash of peppermint extract)
Splash of vanilla extract
Splash of maple extract
Teaspoon of cinnamon
Two tablespoons of PB2 powdered peanut butter
If in a pinch, with no other options to mix in, I just do two packets of sweetener and it's good to go.0 -
I add blueberries to natural yoghurt and it's delicous. If you squish them a bit with the back of your spoon then they make the yoghurt look pretty too.
Aussies - look out for Black Swan low fat natural greek yoghurt - its my find of the week and very yummy!0
