Stuburn belly fat!

I'm trying to look good in a bikini and cant seem to lose my stomach fat! I weigh 170 and I'm 5'9" can i even wear a bikini???? HELP!

  • Remember that there is no such thing as spot reduction - doing 500 sit-ups a day will not melt the fat in your midsection, it will definitely make the area tighter, but the fat will still be there. Each person loses the fat around areas of their body differently, so the only way to lose that midsection flab is to burn more fuel than you consume so that the reserves (fatties) get used up.

    Don't be discouraged! If you put in the work, the results WILL follow. Eat smart, work hard, and stay focused on your goals!
