Just joined a couple of days ago - the only diet that ever worked for me was Weight Watchers because of the point counting. This seems to be similar, in counting calories, and it's FREE! So I thought I'd give it a shot.
I quit smoking 2 years ago and basically just replaced cigarettes with unhealthy food and gained 30 pounds. Now I've had enough and I figure if I can quit smoking, I can quit just about anything - including junk food!
