So I was watching info-mercials this morning and this came on. Anyone have it? Did you like it??

    A) I don't do church

    and

    B) Today is my off day. I'm going to disneyland to walk! :bigsmile:

    It's put out by beachbody and everyone raves about beachbody. Just wonderin.

    I've never done the 10-Minute Trainer videos, but I'm in my 4th round of P90X. Both are made by Tony Horton. Tony know his stuff; he's 50 and looks the way he does for a reason! I've been working out with Tony since 2003, and you really can't go wrong with anything he does.

    If you're already near your target weight, you might want to try P90X. It will get you absolutely ripped! Send me a message, and I'll be glad to answer any questions you may have. :flowerforyou:

    I am do the 10 min workouts that Tony Horton made- they are awesome. I did last week as a trial and today is my first day. He really does work the body. I find I can find 30 mins of exercise a lot better then hours at the gym. smile:

    I have TMT and I LOVE it. I use it when I'm short on time. Those 10 minutes really help. Of course, if you do maybe 3 of the workouts in 1 session you will see more or better results. Tony really know his stuff and I would recommend it to anyone that ask. I lost 3 inches from my waist in just three day doing TMT. Much success to everyone.
