    MADE IT!!!
    just barely, by the skin of my teeth tonite, but I pushed to get that last 30 minutes of exercise in tonite, that I wouldn't have done if it wasn't for this accountability thing.... but I DID it!

    (I think my next week of 5K will be be monday to sunday, because then MFP keeps the weekly numbers for me!)
