I had even planned to have some Peeps last night, had plenty of calories and put them on my diary before closing it out, & then never ate them.
Super star, I am sorry you are struggling, but try to focus on the positive. You had 2 days without snacking. would you have done that before. Now build on that number 1 day at a time.
Karen I am also a late night person & that is when I get on the computer & mindlessly snack. You are still ahead of LNS so good job.

starting from today i'm joining this. my late night munching is where it hits hard. i always record it but it makes me feel like rubbish.0

I gave in last night. Had a late dinner at a diner after visiting my father-in-law at rehab and my night was thrown off. I knew i was past cut-off, but just didn't care. Hopefully, this won't be the beginning of a big detour!

Zaza, is there an official cut off time? I think it would have to be your judgement on your day. Not everyone lives on the same schedule. And it's not healthy to skip dinner, just because of a time limit on this challenge. Don't let this set you back if you were in your calorie limit & ate a reasonable dinner, not a meal of empty calories.0 -

Peeps got the better of me last night, I had the calories, just was about 11 at night sitting on my bed playing games on my laptop.

Thanks for your support everyone. Has been a combination of extreme stress and also happiness. We thought my brother-in-law was dying from heart surgery on Fri and we drove like bats out of hell to get to my sister in MA. All is well. Thank God!
Then drove back on Sat to partake in wedding planning with my son and daughter-in-law to be. Enjoyed the cake tasting!:laugh:
Anyway, here's my stats:

The one good thing is that there is no way I'm gaining weight - my metabolism is speeding along at super fast from nerves. :laugh:
I am going to take time today for a nice walk. Enjoy life and good weather.

Off to bed, another good night, didnt even eat dinner til 8:30 & had tons of extra calories from exercise today. so not hungry after dinner. Not even tempted.

Sorry, couple late nights. Did not check in. Tues good. Wed & today didnt get to dinner til 9 pm. so no late night snacking. Makes it really easy to not snack.
