I'm 5'2" 30 yrs old. My ultimate goal weight is 130lbs. I'd say get your body fat tested to see how much of your weight is lean body mass and how much is fat to determine what should be right for you!0

The healthy weight range for 5'1" is generally 98 - 132lbs. Although that's of course not applicable to anybody carrying a lot of muscle.
Everyone's a different build; I would focus less on weight and more on body fat %.
Optimal body fat for a 45 year old woman is generally somewhere between 22 - 30 %.0 -

I'm just under 5'0. goal is 120, but that may change when i'm there. i may decide to go lower (or higher, since i looked amazing at 135) i'm 18 and have alway been very curvy (though i haven't seen my 20 inch waist in so long...) My doctor is still pretty adamant that i get down to 100, but i actually like having a figure so that will NEVER happen.
my heaviest weight of 170 didn't look that bad on me, i still had a very defined waist (to the joy of my boyfriend). Now around 160 i can see (and feel) a huge difference. I think 135 for your goal weight sound fine.0 -

29 years old, working on toning mostly, 105 currently but don't plan on going lower than 98. 122 at my heaviest.0

i am 58 and trying to get back to 145 once i get there I will be happy and will still try to loose more, it is hard one day at a time0

I'm 5'0" (51 years old) and I've been told by doctors everything from 149 to 129. Don't think I'll ever see 110 again, but I'd really like to get to 120.0

When I was younger and so skinny my ribs showed, I weighed 125, even though I was only 5'2". My wrist measurement even then was over 7 inches, so I have a very large frame (German peasant build). Now that I am 54, and have shrunk an inch to 5'1" I set my goal at 140. That may change. I will see how I look and feel. At our age, if we get too thin, we start to look really bad. My oldest sister is mildly anorexic and she looks 10 years older than the sister just one year younger!0

I would like to get to 'rockin hot Air Force body" again, which was 125 and a stomach so firm you could bounce quarters off of it at the age of 21...
But I've had 2 kids since then, and developed 2 extremely irritating medical conditions that make losing weight difficult, so I am planning to gladly settle for under 150. If I can, I wanna make it to 140. Being over 30 and having baby hips just won't look good below that.0 -

I am 4'11 and 46yrs old. I got down to 123 and still needed about 5 more off to feel truly comfortable withing my skin. I am currently 135 and feel sluggish. It does not matter how old you are, you have to just feel comfortable with yourself. I looked much younger at 123 and felt healthier, for you, it might be less or more. Take all of our advice and spit out the bones, take what you like and still make your own decision. Good luck with all you do!0

I am 5'1 and I dropped to my goal weight of 125 and gained back some because of stress. So now that I have been there I fell like my "happy weight" is about 130-133 so I am setting my first goal at 133. Then I might shot for 127.0

I'm 5' 2" and a half maybe haha. My goal was between 110 and 115 and I weighed in today at 113.2 =] My heaviest was 137ish. I've got a small frame (take after my Gramma) so even 120 felt heavy to me so really buckling down and getting back here felt great!0

I am 4'11". 38 years old and I have a goal body fat of 16-18%. My weight is around 120 ish. I eat between 1500 to 2000 calories a day.0

Goal is 115 but who knows--I usually get stuck around 128 so once I make it to 120, I'll reevaluate based on how I look :-)0

I'm 5'2 59 years old and need to loose 25 lbs. to be at 145 lbs. At my age don't want to look older than necessary and that's what happens when you are too thin at my age, besides not looking to wear a bikini again(ha ha).0
