Hi all I need a little help. I started exercising and dieting as a new year resolution. So far I have lost 14lbs which is the goal I am trying to hit (7lbs a month)
So why the h**l am i not losing any inches? Its really got me down.
I started boot camp two weeks ago and I have dropped 4lbs but no inches I am completely gutted. but I just dont know what else I can do?
I exercise 5-6 times a week either 30min run or 45min circuits, I eat about 1300 cals a day (yes with one cheat day.) I just dont get why its not working!
