I am stuck at home enduring a blizzard today. I am already going crazy and I have only been awake for 2 hours! Does anyone have any creative ways to burn some extra calories indoors?
So far I have started logging the number of trips I make up and down the stairs, I am digging out my ankle weights to wear for the day, and I guess I will inflate my swiss ball to use at my computer desk since I will likely be on MFP a LOT today!

If you use iTunes look up "Yoga & Other Useful Stuff with Tara Stiles". I love her quick yoga workouts and you'd be surprised how difficult some can be.
Other than that, I love bodyrock.tv. That website regularly kicks my a--0 -
Do you have any exercise dvds? Or a lot of cable providers have on demand and have an fitness/exercise section!
