Things are going good my workouts are very intense but the transformation I am slowly seeing in myself keeps me excited- I am getting compliments from people however I am not seeing what they are--
I dropped about 2.5 this week- I am trying to go for 3lbs this week coming up-

Meal plan is going good its not as hard as I thought very easy to stick to - Don't have much options to choose from but I am making it work like I wanted pancakes this weekend and found an awesome high protein pancake recipe on a body building site so I tried it and needless to say I had them for breakfast again today yummo! the recipe makes 6 pancakes and I only ate 2 so I had 4 left so I split them up in baggies and thats my breakfast for Monday and Tuesday- I topped them with sugar free syrup and can't believe its not butter spray (which I am allowed to have)

My husband wasn't a fan but I was considering its the closest thing to real pancakes lol.

All in all things are going good I am getting my gallon of water down I get about 3/4 of it down by the end of day of work and then drink more after the gym.
will keep everyone posted

You might also want to try the "Fiber One" brand of pancakes if you are a fan of pancakes.

At only 180 calories and 5 fiber per serving, these guys will keep you full for quite a while. Best part, they taste GREAT  Your husband might even like them.
