30 day shred

Hey all! I'm a new poster :) I'm on level two of 30 dar shred, does anyone know the calorie lss range for this? I'm also starting her buns and thighs DVD, not sure what to put that under in my excersize log.

  • I am doing both of them as well. I usually log the buns and thighs as calisthenics and the 30DS as circuit training.
