A Very special woman made me a "Wrap" (It's a Burrito) for breakfast this morning!........well actually last nite! but I ate it this morning!!!
Let me break it down for you........

Flour tortilla
Cucumbers
Tomato
1/2 an onion
mushrooms
Shredded carrots
1/2 an Avocado
Ranch dressing
Shredded chicken

DAMN!............................Its good!!!!!!

sprinkled cheese

And a nice hot salsa on the side!

BTW, my meat of choice would be either marinated skirt steak or chicken fajita along with what I said before... also add some pico de gallo and a guacomole salad. OH WITH QUESO ALL OVER IT TOO!!!

I might have this Burrito for dinner and make it an all around burrito day.....damn!!!

I make something SIMILAR to that, and have for a long time.

Basically I take a whole wheat wrap, add salad ingredients that I like and put them on a wrap with chicken.... but here is what make it KILLER.... I mix lite ranch dressing with hot wing sauce!

And now, I just decided what to have for lunch!

Hot wings & ranch = Good combination!

I make baked chicken by taking a packet of dry ranch dressing powder & dry buffalo seasoning packet, pour them both into a gallon bag, add chopped raw chicken, mix thoroughly pour into a pan and bake. It turns out great and is super easy!

Spinach wrap, with shredded chicken or turkey, romaine lettuce,tomatoes,red onions,green bell peppers, pepper rings,jalepeno slices, with red vinegar,olive oil and oregano. Or spinach wrap with romaine lettuce,grilled chicken cut up and mustard. Taste like a snack wrap from McDonalds.

Must be pretty high in calories though? I know the calorie count for flour tortillas, avocado, and some of the veggies off the top of my head and it's adding up to at least 300.

Also, half an onion?? I hope for her sake (or the sake of anyone you try to talk to for the next 3 hours) it's not raw.
