I usually add tuna fish or shrimp to my salads and that adds a lot of protein. Also I make my own salad dressing with a combo of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard. The high amount of protein and the healthy fat from the olive oil keep me full for quite a few hours.0

Any salad with lean meat is good. Stay away from processed meats and cook your own. Tuna and eggs are usually really filling (rinse tuna to remove some of sodium). Just be really careful on dressing and toppings (croutons, cheese) as those can add up quickly on calories.
You could do a southwest and use beans as they are very healthy and filling. Then use salsa as dressing to keep calories low.0
