Hi! I"m new here. I've been tracking my food using the food diary for a few weeks now but the carb to fat to protein ratio doesn't make any sense to me. I want to stick to a ratio of 30% carbs, 30% fat, and 40% protein. According to the diary, the carb ratio seems extremely high. I'm sticking with a 1200 calorie diet and it says I'm supposed to do 165 carbs, 29 fat, and 45 protein. What does that even mean? Are those percentages? The protein seems very low and every day I go WAY above that. I'm just not understanding this. Could someone help me please?
