Confused!

Confused...I haven't seen a loss on the scale in awhile. So, I have been taking a break and eating at "maintenance" (1650 calories) with NO exercise since last Friday. I was still hungry last night, so I went over my maintenance calories by 71 and woke up to a loss on the scale (only a 4 oz loss---but still a loss). Maybe MFPs recommendation for my maintenance calories are wrong...maybe I will go over again for a few days and see if the number continues to go down. If so, I will need to reevaluate my calories for weight loss---because if MFP has my "maintenance" calories wrong then chances are MFP has my calories wrong for weight loss...

Just thought I would share incase anyone out there is going through a stall too:flowerforyou: .
