Just wondering. I'm in crew and we have 90 minute practices out on the river. I'm rowing most of that time, but this site doesn't tell me what I'm burning. Anyone know, or can tell me how to find out? :flowerforyou:

i believe it is in strength training.. try bent over row.. then go to cardio and add the time in weight training..then it will calculate it for you.. good luck...0

I found this site:
http://www.myfit.ca/calories_burned_chart_calculator.asp
It's easy enough to google it. Looks like 880 to 1000 cal in an hour of really rowing.0
