Help getting my magic number please

Hi, I am 37 and 5'6". CW is 167 and GW is 145. I have been working out regularly and tracking food for almost 2 months now and have not seen the scale move. I was hoping that maybe some of you extremely knowledgeable people could help me find my magic calorie number. Not sure if I need to eat more, eat less...I am really struggling to stay motivated at this point!! I am pretty sure my diary is open, so feel free to pick me apart and help put me back together!
