exercise earned discussion

i only log "exercise" when i hit the gym (or run outside) or play sports. to me everything else is regular daily activities. i have friends who log cleaning, sex, walking the dog for 10 min... to me, thats just LIFE and doesnt need to be logged. i know my diary and loss are the only things that should matter to me, but i just think eating back those kind of "exercise" cals is just cheating yourself.

    Agreed! You should adjust your profile to a sedentary lifestyle if you want to count all those....

    The proof is in the results. I can cheat all I want: not log what I eat, overestimate my activity, etc.- but if I don't lose weight, I know why. Be honest with yourself, make a lifestyle change and get where you want to be! If you are using MFP to impress someone, it will not work for you long term- just another yoyo!
