I hit a plateau and have employed a personal trainer to help.
He told me I was eating too little (I was trying to keep to 1200 per day) and provided this alternative way to calculate your calories (with this method you would never eat calories back)
I created a spreadsheet here you can use: http://sdrv.ms/zlvAer
Just enter your weight in lbs, your age, gender and physical activity level and it will do the rest.
It has put me at 2323.4 calories per day which is almost twice what I was eating. But the first week I seem to have lost a pound already and have broken the plateau!
Hope it helps
Cheers
