I find frozen foods very helpful with my busy schedule. I often feel guilty about them not being healthy I recently Discovered Amy's Brand and was very pleasantly Surpirsed. So if your feeling guilty or need good for you quick and easy food to eat I would encourage you to try it. I can say every one I have tried so far has been excellent. I hope this helps someone else out there who is hungry and has no tme to prepare a healthy meal on the own but doesn't want to eat junk

I love frozen food as a back up if I work late but I try not to eat it too often. I'll check out that brand thanks!!

I'll check out that brand too, thanks. I've been relying a lot on Stouffer's for several frozen meals. At first I tried some of those dieter's / weight watchers frozen meals but they are just too few calories for me. I don't think they are designed for men at all. If I don't get at least 500 calories per meal I start to feel too hungry.

My vice was Lean Cuisine but they are way high in salt and junk we don't need. Check out the Amy's web site it's very informative. Enjoy everyone!

Here in Canada we can get the President's Choice Blue Label line of frozen meals, half the sodium and fat and none of the flavour.........

Kashi brand has some good frozen meals too.

Many of the "diet" meals tend to be portioned for women. You might look at Healthy Choice, they do sell some larger portion meals. Add a nice side salad or a peice of fruit to get to the 500 calories.

I'm using frozen berries and now I want try frozen mangos. I like these in yogurt, a bit of organic milk if the yogurt is thick, and vanilla protein powder mixed in flax seed. This keeps me full all morning. I will look for Amy's brand. I never heard of it before. I wonder if it is hear in MS?
