Asking for prayers

Sometimes you get a text you never expected. I got a text from a very dear friend and was told the tornado that tore through Harissburg, IL this morning missed his house by only two miles. My friend, and his family, are okay, but I'm askin everyone send prayers their way. The number killed is still rising, last I hear it was 12, I keep getting updates from multiple friends. Hundreds are injured! The town is pretty hurt. Over 300 homes and businesses torn apart. 12000 without electricity! I'm sending prayers their way. I pray they find the strength to get through and rebuild and show that tornado who's boss!

We had one touch down a quarter mile from our house a few years ago. It jumped over our street and touched back down a quarter mile on the other side of us. We have a weather radio so we don't sleep through the storms. I don't ever want to be asleep and caught unprepared.

Harrisburg is about 100 miles from where I live
