Has anyone had success taking CLA?

I just started taking GNC Total Lean CLA yesterday 2 times a day. I also am working out at least 5 to 6 days a week and have changed my diet.. Has anyone taken CLA and has it helped them loose any fat at all? Thanks!

    I have used CLA in the past when I was in college...it worked then. (Changed diet a bit and worked out/walked everywhere...) I am using Complete Nutrition CTS 360 which has CLA ...and I have seen a HUGE difference...but I am also controling my calories a bit more...I think it helps though.

  • I'm not expecting it to be a magic pill. I have successfully lost 25 lbs. just by diet and exercise, I've just been at a plateau and trying to lose these last couple pounds. I was just wondering if anyone has taken it and if it added a little extra help. :) Thank you though!
