Looking for some more friends who are maintaining or just have a little bit more to go, please add me!!
I find the biggest motivation to eating healthy is losing weight. Its actually really addictive. Once you start losing weight, it motivates you to keep at it. However once youa re at or around your goal weight, it's a lot harder to stay motivated to log and to make healthy choices..

I agree, my biggest downfall is to continue making the healthy food choices now that I am maintaining. I still manage to stay within calorie goal but not always the food choices I am proud of...0

I too find it harder to maintain. I still log everything and tryto stay within my calorie goal for the most part. I don't work out as much as I did however.0
