Which is more effective?

I have started doing two workout videos a day (usually Jillian Michaels 30 day shred then another 20-30 minute one from youtube). Is it better to do them both together or should I do one in the morning and one in the evening?
Also, when I put in my calories on MFP I notice that I'm burning more calories than my lighter friends doing the same workout. Is that because I'm heavier?
TIA!

I know 30 Day shred is good, but I personally don't like to do the same workouts every day. So, mixing them up is probably a good idea, especially if you're sore from Jillian. You can log 30DS as circuit training general, and it will take into account your weight.0

Yes calorie burn depends upon height, weight, gender & fitness level. Larger people burn more, men burn more, fit people burn less.
I don't think timing matters as far as when you do your workouts. If you're doing them back to back, do your strength training first, and then cardio ... if that's an issue. Just do the videos at a time when you can be really consistant.0 -
Thanks
Chickybuns, I'm the same, but I really like the JM30DS so that's why I mix it up with my other video.0
