resistance bands

 Anyone out there know how many calories might be burned while doing a resistance band workout? I don't feel up to a cardio workout today, but could probably handle the bands. I'd like to add it to my exercise tracker....

I would just log it as strength, it's all resistance to the body.0

I'm not sure, exactly, but if it helps when I do my resistance band workouts I log it as either Pilates or Strength, depending on which I do =D0

Not much. As previously stated, it's not really cardio.
I'd urge you to do cardio anyway, or if you really don't want to do it, think of something as a replacement. Grab a friend and do tennis, go swimming, etc.
Don't think of "cardio" as just walking/running/pedaling on a machine or bike.0
