Project for school, MOMS I need your help! :)

I'm a Speech Pathology major and I'm trying to come up with a list of speech milestones for a baby. I do not have any of my milestones documented and wondered if any of you mommies out there have documented your childrens and would share them with me? The things Im looking for are: First smile, laugh, babble, words, 2 words together, sentence, when they first held their head up, rolled over, sat up, started crawling, pulled up to a stand, started walking, and 1st tooth. If you have any of these that would be great! Thanks

my son took his first real steps exactly two weeks after his first bday
my daughter took her first real steps at 6mths and one day

thats all i can remember off the top of my head!

First smile: 1 month and 7 seven days
laugh: 3 months and 20 days
babble: 7 months and 9 days
words: 12 months
2 words together: 22 months
sentence: my son is 27 months and he doesn't really put "sentences" together. He'll ask "what's this?" and "go here" but that's all.
when they first held their head up: Not Sire
rolled over: 3 months and 15 days
sat up: 5 months and 14 days
started crawling: 6 months and 26 days
pulled up to a stand: 6 months and 18 days
started walking: 11 months and 14 days
1st tooth: 10 months and 11 days

words--he was a late talker, not until 16 months
2 words together--18 months
sentence--24 months
when they first held their head up--3 weeks
rolled over--between 5 and 6 months

standing--8 months
started walking--9
1st tooth--14 months

1st tooth: 6 days shy of 6 months

For my daughter:
