I posted this recipe on my blog yesterday. It's a quick, filling grab and go meal. (I need to find lower sodium tortillas though...)

Twisted’s Chicken & Avocado Wrap
Serving: 1

Calories: 317, Carbs: 24g, Fats: 12g, Protein: 26g, Sodium: 506mg, Fiber: 5

Ingredients:
1 soft taco sized flour tortilla
4 oz. cooked chicken thigh, cut up
1/4 of a small avocado
1/4 cup fresh baby spinach (regular fresh spinach will work as well)

1. Mash up avocado and spread onto the center of the tortilla.
2. Scrunch up spinach and add to the center of the tortilla.
3. Add cooked chicken.
4. Roll if desired, or eat like a soft taco.

Enjoy! This can be messy, but is very yummy.

I make something very similar to this, just with a few different things. I usually use the low carb spinach tortillas. I also usually just cut up the avocado into chunks instead of a spread, and I get fat free yogurt or greek yogurt and mix in hidden valley ranch powder into it and make a dressing which goes into the wrap. So good! It's really good with the spicey fiesta ranch powder. I usually also put tomato in mine.
