OVER 200 CLUB WEEK 7 (OPEN GROUP)

Just finished my workouts for the day...I did a 55 minute ride this afternoon w/ my wife and I just finished 40 minutes of chest and tricep weight training. All in all, I burned over 1000 cals for the day. I am pretty wiped, but at least I am still motivated. I hope y'all have a good night. I have to get back to work.
Great Job. Your wife enjoys those rides. I know I really love it when my husband and I get away from all the kids and ride together. 1000 calories. WOW!!!!!!!!!! wtg0 -
Hey y'all. Hope y'all are having a great week. Just finished 30 mins on the elliptical and 15 mins on the rowing machine. I took my wife to the gym this morning and we did 30 mins of strength training. You're right. It is nice to be able to get away and just be together. Even though we are breathing too hard to say much, it's a nice together time. I hope y'all have an awesome rest of the week. remember...tomorrow is hump day. Half way to the weekend!!0

How is everyone doing this week?I am focusing on my abs this week with strength training and I think I am going to continue ab workouts until I am completely satisfied with my tummy.I was too fat before to even work my core but now that I am getting smaller it seems to be easier to do ab exercises.SO good luck you guys and BURN BURN BURN those cals.0

Hey guys I am really going to kick some booty this week!! I am doing the BIGGEST LOSER BOOTCAMP ALL week and along with my regular walking.I thought this weeks challenge could be AB workouts cause I am trying to get a flatter tummy.SO continue with the cardio but incorporate your ab workouts in there this week.Good LUCK and see you on Fridays weigh in .:flowerforyou:0

Hi girls, I´m back. I have been out for a couple of months with a bad shoulder. The result is that I've been fired from my job as a veterinarian. But I'm taking this chance to do something for myself, to really commit to a better life. I want to be fit and healthy.

It's been a few days since I checked in. Last weekend was a 12.6 mile weekend of walking:noway: .--8.6 on Saturday and 4 miles on Sunday. I have done at least 3 miles all this week, except for today. I probably only did about 2 miles. I didn't go out and do the usual hour I have been doing in the evening because I come home wide awake and it takes a while to wind down. It keeps me up too late to get a good nights sleep, and then I need to nap in the afternoon. I am trying to break the cycle tonight so I can get back to walking during the afternoon again.
As of this morning, I am closer to my goal of 230 by Memorial Day, just a litle farther to go. The weekened weigh in will tell the tale.
I hope everyone is staying focused and keeping their exercise goals. I haven't check out the website about the situps yet. I am a little hesitant to try them due to having a back problem as a result of a car accident I was in about 28 years ago.

Welcome Bree, glad your here. Good luck this week. There is a 200 situps challenge that takes several weeks that I am doing so that I can be sure to get my ab work in. Here is the web site if you are interested in that as well.
