Im thinking of doing 30 day shred 2-3 months after my baby is born & i just wanted to see some results if you dont mind?
I just want to see if it really works & if it's worth it! Id rather see pictures of people's success instead of just hearing or reading about it.

Id really appreciate it!!

    I just want to see results for now. im not going to do anything for a longg time.
    you're supposed to wait 6 weeks to workout after giving birth, so, im pretty sure 3 months is plenty of waiting time

  • I finished on feb 18th. Lost a ton of inches (2.5 stomach, 1.25 off of thigh, 1.25 off of calves, 1.75 off of my chest, 2.25 off of my natural waist, 0.5 off of my neck and 2.5 off of my hips). Gained 3lbs for the first three weeks and ended up back at the same weight. Was very happy with my results.

    I am 10 days in. No weight loss but I've lost 1.5 inches off my arms, 0.5 inches from my thighs and 2 inches from my waistline!

    *Edit - I hear giving birth and breast feeding are great ways to burn excess calories, LOL! Congrats on the baby, hope your delivery goes well!

    I am in the middle of 30 day shred right now. I posted my results so far here:

    I'm hoping to see more results by the end. I know those results aren't super noticeable, but keep in mind it was only 14 days. Hopefully there will be more drastic changes by the time the 30 days is up.
  • I just had my son 4 months ago. I did a few workouts then became unmotivated and am now JUST starting the 30 day shred. Good luck!

    I am currently on day 6 of the shred and I would LOVE to see more before and after pictures.

    I am still don't have my pics added but I can tell you how much I lost in inches

    Starting weight: 192.8 ending: 188.00
    waist: 1.75 inches lost
    abs: 2.50 inches lost
    thighs: right-.75 inchs lost left-.25 inches lost
    arms: right-.25 inches lost left- .50 inches lost
    bust: 2.50 inches lost
    chest: 1.25 inches lost
    hips: 1.50 inches lost

    total inches lost: 11.25 total weight lost: 4.8 lbs

    Just for alittle more info. I am also running every other day. I started the 30 day shred and the C25K one day apart. So I'm out running/walking every other day for about 25 min too. I feel I'd have lost more lbs but I was experimenting with my calorie intake at the same time. I did try to do my 30 days consecutively but did miss 5 days here and there.

    I wasnt going to post till I finished, but what the hell, hey. Im on day 18 today. I have seen basically nothing in way of losing inches. But my weight has decreased every week. It may be because I didn't have real weights until I started level 2. Before that I was using 600mL bottles of water, which weren't heavy enough for me. I am now using 2.5kg weights.

    oh well, as I said, I cannot see any change so far, which is a little disappointing, but whatever I guess. I'm definitely getting a workout when I do the 30DS and I'm still losing. Maybe when I weigh less it will be more noticable.

    I have been doing the 30DS for 7 days. I have muscels in my arms now!!! IN 7 DAYS!
    The last 4 of the 7 days have been the start of counting calories and healthy choices and I've already lost 1 whole pound!
    Guys, I'm so dang motivated!
    I'm for sure going to keep this up!
