Hello MFP.

I WILL be starting the "JM 30 Day Shred" tomorrow, March 1 @ 6:30am. To those of you that have completed it, did you do this workout everyday or every other day? I know everyone's body is different but I just want to get some idea as to what to expect as far as if i should push my self even when I am sore or if I should do the 30DS maybe 3times a week. I work out 4 days a week doing a lot of cardio. Also, I see on the DVD there are 3 levels. So do you do Level 1 for week 1 and Level 2 for week 2 and so on or do you do Level 1 for the complete 30days then you can do another 30 days at Level 2?
Does this come with a meal plan? I had a trainer @ my gym to ask me that & I told them I didnt know.

If anyone has any advice even if you did not complete the 30DS but knows someone that did, please provide any advice. Thanks so much for all your support & please feel free to join me & added me as a friend. I will be posting pictures of before & after. (regardless if I like them or not)

Thank you.

You are supposed to Level 1 for 10 days, then go up to Level 2 for 10 days, and then go up to Level 3 for 10 days. The first ten days I did it without a break. I then took 1 day off and started Level 2. I just finished level 2 but because my knees were hurting so bad I a day off every two days. I don't feel as good thoug after Level 2 as I did Level 1, so if you can push through it, I would not take any rest days. PLEASE watch your knees when you start. I wish I had used a knee brace to begin with because I did some of the lunges improperly and now my knees kill me. I never had knee issues before.

She mentions in the beginning of the video that she has a diet plan. I kind of wish I had followed it. I haven't even looked to see what it was. Instead, I just tried to stay within my 1200 calories a day and tried not to eat my exercise calories if I could help it. I had a few bad days though...not gonna lie.

I will be starting Level 3 today. I watched it to see what I was in for...not sure yet if its gonna hurt too bad or not. A lot of times the moves look a lot easier than they are in reality.

Ooooh ok. So I'll be doing each level for 10days. I will be sure to have a knee brace on hand just incase. Thank you for this info! If you dont mind me asking, can you see the results with doing the 30DS as far as how your clothes fit, scale, etc?
