Secrets for cheaper flights?

I'm looking to book a roundtrip flight from Atlanta to Frankfurt in May. Right now, the cheapest flight I'm finding via Kayak.com is $941. That's still pretty cheap for a flight, but I'm wondering if there are any other secrets that you guys are willing to share? I'm looking at Tues, Wed, and Sunday, which are typically cheaper days to fly...

I haven't used it for flights but I've used it for hotels... Priceline's Name Your Own Price! With flights, you have to be open to any time they give you though.. I hear it's really cheap.
