I've come to a realization over the past week or so that just because someone is motivated to do something, does not necessarily mean they have the energy. (And just because someone is not energized, does not mean they lack motivation.)

What I'm struggling with is finding energy to support my current committments. I am currently studying for the CPA exam, which requires about 2 hours every night on top of my full time job. On the weekends its 8-10 hours per day of studying. This will be going on for the next 6-8 months, or until I have passed the test in full.

I'm very committed to losing this extra weight and staying on track so I can be bikini ready in July, however with me waking up at 5:00 am to do my 5:30 morning workout, then going to work from 7:30 to 5... once I get home I'm exhausted. The CPA exam is my top priority right now, but I'm trying not to make any excuses as to why I can't also continue to incorporate healthy habits like exercise and healthy eating.

Do you all have any ideas on how I can not be so tired at the end of my day and be able to have more energy to stay up at night to study? I average about 6 hrs of sleep per night. Maybe I need a caffeine or vitamin supplement?
