Q for a Personal Trainer?

Hi everyone!
I have a question about BMR/TDEE that I was hoping to ask a personal trainer on the site. I know there are lots of people on here that are extremely helpful, but I also know that there is a huge variation in the information that can be given for a single question and it is quite overwhelming. I want to make sure that the information I receive is as accurate as possible. I am very close to my goal weight and want to do this right!
