Just started out calorie counting over a week ago. First week lost 5lb's!! Am so pleased with this. Hoping for another good loss this week but don't weigh in till Friday. Enjoying the exercise as well...so far anyway! Just need to start being able to meet people in same boat but not sure how this works? anyone shed any light on this let me know!
