Hello. :flowerforyou: I saw a while back where someone had a link to a free podcast for the Couch to 5K program. Instead of trying to search thru past posts, I figured someone had this handy that they could share. Thank you!

If you go to http://www.c25k.com you can get links to a whole bunch of podcasts.

This is a great program, btw. I used it to start running back in Dec. and now I can run 4 miles in 45 min and can run for an hour at a time. I've done a 5k and a Sprint Triathlon (with a 4 mile run) and this weekend I'm doing an Olympic Triathlon (6.2 mile run).

I have tried to run many times before over the years, but couldn't do it successfully until I found Couch to 5K.

I, too, want to second what a great program this is!! I started it last May and am running my first half marathon next month!!! I'm not fast, by any means, but being able to run for a couple hours is unreal...I never would've thought I'd be able to do that when I started!

There's another site for podcasts, robert ullery or something like that...if you google him he did podcasts, but it's techno music--I wasn't a fan of that, but it sure made the training alot easier!

    Keep on running!! :D
