Just hit my 2nd goal weight!!

So I lost 21 lbs. and I'm now at 110 lbs!! I'm soo excited, proud and I can't believe it still! Eating more calories makes me nervous though!! I still need to work on my belly though! Any advice on how often to work-out or work-outs or how long etc..

I just absolutely love MYFITNESSPAL!!!!!!

    that is soo awesome!! I would recomend 3 days a week of a core strengthening workout. You should have rest days between just like when you work other muscle groups. I've used Jillians 6 weeks to 6 pack abs. it's a short workout that is all about abs and core and its only about 10$ at Target. I saw results after 3 workouts!!! I have also had great results wih the P90X Ab ripper, but it works in conjunction with the whole program. So I think a general core workout is your best bet. GOOD LUCK!!! Congrats!!

    I actually have her 6 weeks 6 pack as well. I stopped doing it when I got Turbo-Fire! Maybe I need to get back to the 6 weeks 6 pack. If you were me would you just do that or would you do something else with it. Having trouble figuring out what to help me get that belly fit if I ever can with 5 babies that I gave birth to. lol Let me know what you think please!!
