Resistance tube

Does anyone use these and how do I log their use? Also do you think it is beneficial?
I use it mainly to do squats to add resistance (funnily enough hehe).
Any imput on the use of one would be great. I have the number 3 maximum resistance one.

Yes, I use resistance bands a lot. I use them to do stuff I don't have equipment for at home (lat pull-downs etc) and pop them in my handbag to do sneaky resistance training at lunchtime.
