I am looking for a new way of life and this website seems very helpful. I did weight watchers for so long that I feel that I need a change. I like how it tells you how many calories to eat to lose weight.
My mom is a diabetic and I do not want to become one if I can help so know is the time to start getting my life back.:bigsmile:

Welcome. I have been a member for two weeks now and have loved every minute of it. I have exceeded the exercise minimums, lost twelve pounds(i have plenty to lose so I knew it would start off with a bang), turned down beers and desserts that I never would have before and have felt great every day I have been on the site. I have exceeded my daily calories both Saturdays and need to get that in line but didn't beat myself up too much for. I made myself exercise harder on Sunday. I too did weight watchers but to me counting real calories is better. I joined the May Challenge and I suggest you do as well. It will really be nice joining others in a common goal.0
