I am new to this. I decided that I should start keeping up with my meals online to make sure that I'm accounting more accurately for calories. I have always been a person that loves working out. Last year I went through a rough time when I had a knee injury. I was unable to do any overly strenuous activities. I tried to workout with a bike and olyptical trying to keep myself somewhat on track. Since then, I gained a massive amount of weight,. I started running again a little over 4 months ago on a daily basis. I am currently running an average of 25-30 min daily and lifting weights for 15 at the gym ( I do this on my lunch break-I work 12hr days 5 days a week so I like this little break). I also like to come home and play tennis or do some cardio with my boyfriend. I know that I haven't been eating just salads or anything, but we both try to eat healthy. We do eat salads, and try to avoid extra fats, and also add vegetables to pretty much everything. I have been unable to lose any weight since I gained all of this with my injury. I tried diet pills, changing my diet even stricter, and pushing myself harder at the gym. I don't understand why the scale is not budging...in the right direction atleast...any tips??

Patience. Log all your food (measure everything on a food scale or by a cup measure). Drink enough water, and eat enough food.

    Patience. Really. It will happen.

it might help if you opened your food diary - most people like to see that info to give better answers :)
