So I know it comes down to diet and exercise but I know that some of you are taking a supplement of some sort either for energy or as a weight loss aid. So if you've taken metabolife what do you think of it? I was hoping it could give me some more energy, (I'm not expecting astounding weight loss results bc of it) bc I just feel tired most of the time. Even last year when I was running everyday and eating great I never got that energy boost that they claim you get from living a healthier lifetstyle. Anyway, just wanted to hear what everyone has to say. I took it today and instead of 2 tabs three times a day I'm going with 1 tab three times a day bc I dont want to be up all night due to the caffeine.

I took it years ago and saw only one change I got rings around my eyes like black circles so I quit taking it..Im guessing it was serious lack of sleep..caffeine related..but I didnt lose any weight at all. If your gonna take it mainly for energy I would prob go with caffeine itself and not metabolife due to all the other ingredients...good luck let me know how it works for ya

I also took it years ago. I took less than recommended and it gave me horrible anxiouty. I shoook realyy badd! I wouldnt suggest it to anyone once I crashed I crashed and it made the next day worse. I drink one glass of tea of coffee and its done more for me then metabolife ever did.

I took it 10 years ago. I remember I was 20 or 21, so it was really about 11-12 years ago. Geeez where did the time go? Anyway, I lost a lot of weight with it. I didn't eat though. I drank kool-aid and smoked all day. Nicotine sugar and Metabolife...great diet huh?!?! What works for some may not work for someone else (whether your using it with a healthy diet or not). I say keep going at the dose your at if your comfortable. Good luck! Let us know how it goes:smile:

The formula has changed bc it doesnt contain ephedra anymore which has been banned due to side effects. anyway, I took it all day today and didnt feel any different. I didnt feel jittery but I also didnt feel more awake or less hungry. since I bought the bottle I'll finish it give my opinion then. Thanks for the replies though!
