99 lbs
7-9 lbs to go

: D

I have all my finals next week. The same finals that determine if the uni's that have accepted me keep me with them. I haven't studied nearly as much as I should have;; So I think weight loss is going to have to go on the backburners these next two weeks .___.
Hopefully posting this up will give me the motivation to keep at it...

DOUBLE DIGITS<3yay.

Yikes! 99 Lbs with a goal of 90? How tall are you? You might want to make sure that your bmi is in the healthy range.

    I'm 4"11, I daresay the shortest person on MFP : D. Don't worry D:
    Even at 90-93 pounds it's a bmi of about 18.5 I think?

I'm doing everything the healthy way too (eating, exercising, eating..eating) :3

No one is going to hurt you, we just want to make sure that you aren't in a dangerous area. You're at a healthy weight now, so just be careful going any lower. 18.5 is the LOWEST you should go. Get lower than that & you're walking on some thin ice with your overall health. I just calculated & you at 90 lbs would be an (estimated) BMI of 18.2 which is underweight. Take care of your body, it's the only one you have & it isn't all about the number on the scale.

    Thank you very much :3

I'm really thankful for MFP really. It helps me stay on a healthy track. There's a lot of media--especially asian media, that promotes an unhealthy level of skinny.
It's also definitely not good that I want that, so I stick around here to stop that from happening : P

Don't listen to the media! They're all cracked up. Bodies aren't meant to look like how they portray them most of the time. You can mess with your menstral cycle, your muscle tone, etc...if you get much lower. I don't want to sound like a nag, but I hate seeing women do this to themselves.
